Green Keys Property Management LLC is based in Portland, Oregon. We're here to take the hassle out of renting, or renting out, great properties throughout the Portland metropolitan area.
Green Keys was founded by Gail Scott, a property manager licensed by the State of Oregon. Gail has 17 years of hands-on experience managing rental properties, remodeling old houses, and improving energy efficiency with cost-saving items such as LED lighting, top-notch insulation and the latest high-efficiency heating systems.
For property owners, our goal is to maximize the income potential of your property while maintaining positive relationships with our responsible tenants.
We'll recommend cost-efficient upgrades to improve the quality and energy efficiency of your rental property. We are easy to reach, provide regular reports, take the burden of rent collection off your shoulders, and remit your payments promptly.

Maintaining and Improving Rentals
Green Keys contracts with local construction and labor sources to ensure prompt service. Whether the property is a single family home, condo, townhouse, apartment or new construction, all our properties are safe, efficient and super comfortable. We specialize in improvements that reduce the cost of long-term maintenance. Our architectural and nationally certified sustainable design team work together seamlessly to repair, maintain and upgrade properties. For investors, we also design and facilitate the building of Accessory Dwelling Units (see slideshow).
